Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging where possible
  • With tags attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Where approved, FRTHR may provide a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used heated clothing products
  • Worn apparel or washed items
  • Products showing signs of use or alteration
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable goods, liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Heated Product Care

Heated jackets, hoodies and gloves must be used according to supplied instructions.

Returns cannot be accepted for damage resulting from:

  • Improper use
  • Incorrect power sources
  • Modifications
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Misuse or unauthorised repairs

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
