Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that during promotional periods, product launches, or peak travel seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, FRTHR may offer promotional shipping offers or free shipping thresholds.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email where applicable.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Split Shipments
As some FRTHR products may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking updates for each shipment where available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their local authorities.
FRTHR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Incorrect Shipping Information

FRTHR cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
